This guide will walk you through the process of requesting a transcript and graduation documents from the Advantages Registrar.
Go to advantagesschool.com
1. Introduction
All documents can be requested from our website advantagesschool.com.
2. Click "Request Transcript"
At the very bottom of the homepage, click the link to Request Transcript.
3. Switch to "transcript.advantages-dls.com"
This will open the Transcript Ordering form.
4. Click "Request My Transcript"
Schools requesting transcripts and diplomas for graduates should click "Request My Transcript" within the gray request box.
5. YOUR Information
The "Person Requesting the Transcript" should be a school teacher or administrator. Please enter the teacher or administrator information in the top section of the request form.
6. Student Information
Enter Student information in the next section. Fields with red asterisks are required. The information provided should match the information in ASSIST. This is how the information will appear on all official documents.
7. Your School
Enter your school name and year of attendance.
8. YOUR Name
Please enter the name of the administrator or teacher who will be receiving the documents at the school for the student.
9. Choose Options
Select, "other," in the "Reason for Request" field. Be sure to check both official transcript and high school diploma.
10. EMAIL Delivery
Choose the method of delivery for the documents. Email delivery is fast and free. Postal delivery will be dependant upon shipping services and additional fees.
11. Graduation Documents
For email delivery, please enter the administrator or teacher email address, not the student email address. Type "graduation documents in the "Special Instructions" field.
12. Click "Submit"
Enter your signature at the bottom of the request form. Check the box to confirm you are not a robot. Click submit.
13. Click "Clear Form"
Clear the form to repeat the process for your next graduate. Allow two weeks for processing all student transcripts and official documents.
