00:10: This guide will walk you through the steps to Monitor Progress with Rosters in ASSIST.
00:16: Click on learning.
00:20: Navigate to rosters.
00:23: Use the search fields to filter for specific data.
00:25: Find a student, by name view, the progress for a section review,
00:29: all students with a certain teacher.
00:34: Use the "Grade" filter to find all students with a certain grade average.
00:40: For example, look just for students who are earning a D or an F in their courses.
00:47: Filter for students who have just begun their courses, or who are almost finished.
00:53: All student enrollments will be listed. If a student is enrolled in multiple courses,
00:57: the name will be listed for each course
00:59: enrollment.
01:02: The last time a student accessed the course will be shown in purple below the section title.
01:09: Progress bars are color-coded to show grade averages above.
01:13: The bar will show the number of assignments completed, and the number of activities that are overdue.

01:25: Use the three dots to the far right of an enrollment to send a Weekly Progress Report
01:29: to the email addresses on file for the student and family.
